Official Rules

The "Keikku x DocFluCon 2026 Giveaway" (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Lapsi Health Holding B.V. ("Sponsor"). The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Oura Health Oy, Apple Inc., Google LLC, or any social media platform.

The Giveaway begins on September 12, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET and ends on October 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the "Giveaway Period"). All entry forms must be received and both entry steps completed during the Giveaway Period.

Open only to registered DocFluCon 2026 attendees who are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Participants are responsible for complying with any employer, institutional or professional policies regarding participation and receipt of prizes.

Limit one (1) entry per person. To enter, an eligible participant must complete both of the following during the Giveaway Period: (a) complete and submit the entry form on this page with their full name and email address; and (b) create a Keikku account using the designated DocFluCon promotional code, with the same email address used on the entry form. Both steps together constitute one (1) entry. Incomplete entries will not be considered.

Two (2) winners will each receive one (1) Oura Ring 5. Approximate retail value ("ARV"): [ARV $XXX] per ring. Limit one (1) prize per person. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution is permitted except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All federal, state and local taxes and any other costs not expressly stated as included are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Eligible DocFluCon attendees may receive the same one (1) entry without creating a Keikku account, using Keikku or making any purchase. Complete the free entry form during the Giveaway Period with your name, email address and the required eligibility confirmations. A properly completed AMOE submission will receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway, the same as an entry made through the app. Limit one (1) free-entry submission per person. Participants may not exceed one (1) total entry regardless of the method or combination of methods used to enter. Free entries are pooled with all other entries and have an equal chance of winning.

Two (2) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received, on or about October 16, 2026. Potential winners will be notified by email on or about October 19, 2026 at the address provided at entry. A potential winner must respond within five (5) days of notification and may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release and to provide shipping details before the prize is awarded. Failure to respond, ineligibility, or return of a notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

All entries are subject to verification by Sponsor. Keikku account creation may be verified through Sponsor's platform records. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that cannot be verified, and any entrant who submits false information or attempts to enter more than once.

Information collected from entrants is used only to administer the Giveaway and, where expressly opted in, to send marketing communications. All personal data is handled in accordance with Lapsi Health's Privacy Policy. Shipping details are requested from potential winners only, during winner verification.

By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or acts in violation of these Official Rules, and to cancel, suspend or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs its integrity or proper functioning. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected or incomplete entries.
